so this leak has surfaced online but is
it real what is it that we’re actually
looking at and what information do we
need to actually determine it’s real so
there’s been a couple of video surfacing
as well as some images that have
appeared on the GTA 6 Reddit over the
past hour or two now we can confirm that
this does appear to be Rockstar San
Diego the windows seem to match from the
inside and outside but also there’s a
few things that do link to this being a
San Diego thing such as the code that’s
written on the dev kit so it is very
very likely at the bare minimum this is
the inside of one of Rockstar’s many
offices now there’s some other
contextual things that we need to point
out so firstly the offices are
completely empty but supposedly this was
from mid
2021 which is exactly when people were
working remotely from home and remote
connecting to their workstations in the
office so it does explain that the
offices would be empty other than
cleaners or potentially facility
management people within the building
itself now initially I believed that
this was 100% a fake leak but there are
some things that give it a little bit of
credibility for example it being inside
Rockstar’s offices the only thing I will
say is the image that we’ve seen on the
screen and this is the image expanded
and enhanced this does appear to be some
official Grand Theft Auto footage just
because of where it’s situated in a
rockstar office but other than that it
doesn’t really tell us anything it’s
this is one of those leaks that’s like
even if it is 100% legitimate it doesn’t
tell us anything at all now there are
things like an Xbox dev kit which is is
pretty cool to see but other than that I
don’t think we can take away much from
this and whether it’s real or fake I
don’t think it necessarily adds any
value on our hunt for information about
GTA 6 now initially I did think that I’d
seen this image before it turns out I
haven’t I was mistaken I believed it was
a different image that I’d seen from the
leaks but also with advancements and AI
it’s entirely possible that this image
was AI generated and then just
photoshopped onto this screen it’s
really hard to tell what we’re looking
at here hopefully we get some more
clarification over the coming hours or
days but for now I’d love to hear what
