so this is the update you’ve all been
waiting for yesterday Paradise released
their demo their demo version of the
game and of course people were very
obviously upset everything in there was
just asset packs that they downloaded
online and use the stock and Real Engine
switcher to switch between the various
locations in fact you didn’t even need
to download Paradise you could just
download in Real Engine and load these
maps in and do the same stuff now of
course they issued a statement last
night how the game would be coming out
on the 2nd of April at 200 p.m in the US
of course and that they were going to be
adding missions all the features all the
functionality all of the really crazy
excellent stuff that they’ve been
claiming is going to be in this game
since last year but what happened a lot
or
nothing you guys tell me so of course it
didn’t release on Steam it didn’t
release on Epic Games and they’ve just
dropped a post saying that it’s going to
be coming to Steam and Epic Games in the
future now they have been saying this
and I keep saying this but people do not
listen they have been saying this since
last year they keep hyping up a release
hyping up play testing hyping up
pre-orders or wish list sorry hyping up
all of this stuff and then they just go
silent on social media and nothing
happens so Paradise have issued a post
saying 10,000 plus downloads in the
first 24 hours nothing like this has
ever happened on XRPL before we beat our
own schedule and launched a full day
ahead of our plan our goal was to bring
gamers to the web 3 platform Gem and we
did it thanks to everyone who joined us
on this journey now I do need to say
that if you actually look at the traffic
today for the Gem Launcher uh just from
Google search just from native traffic
they’ve had 54 people visit the website
today but from direct links using Google
Analytics it gives me an approximation
of somewhere between 250 and 500 people
so the only place that the links were
shared to the Paradise XRPL platform and
to their system was in their Discord and
on Twitter now this actually means that
they’ve probably had the best part of
maybe 200 downloads or 300 downloads not
the 10,000 plus that they’re claiming to
have had apparently there’s been over
100,000 plus user requests in a single
day on their AI system now of course a
lot of people have been comparing this
to the day before which ended up of
course being a massive scam while the
people that Paradise employed to
moderate all of the Discord servers and
all of this stuff well some of them used
to work for Fantastic the company that
made the day before out of all of the
people to manage the communities and
manage the growth and scaling why
wouldn’t they go for someone that’s
worked for a successful games
development company why would they hire
someone that’s previously been morally
and ethically okay with an online scam
for exactly that reason they don’t need
to worry about accountability they don’t
need to worry about the ethics of
someone in their team thinking that what
they’re doing is wrong so just hire
someone that’s already done it now you
may have seen in yesterday’s video I
referenced the absolute lunatic that
can’t stop sharing posts about how I’m
lying and now I flip-flopped to my ideas
and I need to clarify for everyone
watching that still might believe that
Paradise isn’t a scam by the way all of
those community posts that’s just 4 days
worth since my first and second video on
the topic of Paradise which goes back
now six months I have said that the game
will either release and be nothing like
it is in the trailer or they’ll keep
delaying it they’ve actually done both
they’ve released a demo which is nothing
like the trailer and bearing in mind in
their trailer it says “Welcome to the
city of limitless possibility.” Apart
from in the demo they’ve released you
can’t do anything at all i’m still
seeing on Twitter the people coping and
trying to come up with some logical
reason why uh they haven’t released this
world exclusive amazing game and coming
up with reasons why it hasn’t dropped
yet and this is how the scam works
people that are interested in XRP will
buy XRP because of this game whether
it’s a scam or not they can see that
gullible people that have fallen for it
anyway believe it and Paradise or Ultra
Games team as they call themselves don’t
make any money out of the game that’s
why it’s a freetoplay there’s no
microtransactions in there yet or none
of those features are built in or baked
into the game they don’t make any money
out of it now why would they release a
game that supposedly cost a lot of money
to make and not have a way to make a
single penny of that back they have to
pay their staff they’re not doing it out
the goodness of their own heart they’re
doing it because of the commissions that
they earn on XRP that’s why you see all
of these people that obviously know this
is a scam lying in their videos and
coming up with reasons and excuses to
why this is a real thing and turning off
their comments all of these XRP accounts
are all pushing it that’s because forget
Paradise paying them they’ve got money
in XRP they’re going to make money if
people buy XRP because of this game
which is the whole point which is why
they changed their name from Paradise to
Paradise XRPpl so yeah this is a total
and utter complete scam don’t download
the game now there’s some other things
that I would like to add because I
didn’t have a chance to really put it
into yesterday’s video but the version
that they’ve got up on GG Gem or GGM
whatever it’s called which is a launcher
firstly this company didn’t really exist
properly months ago but the file for the
demo is 40 GB now what’s actually in the
game should only be about like 8 or 9
gig at a push and that’s really out of
push bearing in mind like the PS4
version of GTA 5 was around 40 gigabytes
and that was a whole massive openw world
expansive game this here is just a
couple of maps and an outside bar area
you can’t actually go and explore the
world now a few people have mentioned to
me today that whilst they’re opening
this launcher and running the game the
amount of background activities that are
happening are insane now I’m not sure if
it’s nefarious or not it might not be
but at the very minimum this means that
the game isn’t optimized which means
that obviously it hasn’t been made by
people that know what they’re doing
they’re not games developers they’re
people that have a bit of back-end
experience with Unreal Engine just to
add to that I don’t really trust the
launcher like the verification codes it
send you are from a Gmail email address
the website has no privacy policy no
terms of service none of this stuff
really adds up for a company that should
be a professional game launcher they’ve
just appeared from nowhere maybe because
they might be the only game launcher
that’s willing to put their name and
push Paradise i wonder why that would be
now I’ve seen a few people suggesting
that oh they’re still working on it
they’re still making it perfect and it’s
just a demo and we shouldn’t judge it so
hard the problem is is if you go back to
their previous live streams go back to
all the public statements they’ve made
use Wayback Machine you’ll see all sorts
of things that will raise your eyebrows
statements about the game being
completed the game’s ready for launch
the game’s ready to go they’ve spoken
many times about how the game is 100%
finished if it was somehow 100% finished
in October November last year why is it
that all of a sudden now the only thing
they have is a demo now you may say that
the demo was some parts of the game that
they wanted to show us well a lot of the
locations in the demo such as the
nightclub were only released on the Fab
Store which by the way is a marketplace
where you can download these maps yes
all of their maps and all of their
locations are just assets from online
this particular nightclub map was only
released a few weeks ago it’s a new map
so that means at the very longest that
they could have been developing this
whole nightclub scene and all of this
stuff would have been a couple of weeks
the same thing applies for some of the
other locations some of these are
relatively new and we can see when they
were listed on the Fab Store so they’ve
been hyping you up for a game that they
only really started making a couple of
weeks ago they’ve been lying in October
saying the game is fully completed and
ready to go let’s just say
hypothetically everyone else is mistaken
and it is the best game ever and it will
compete with GTA 6 like they’ve said and
all of this stuff and the game was ready
why have they dropped a demo which only
has the functionality of potentially
what a 12-year-old could make in Unreal
Engine and I don’t mean a 12-year-old
working years on end to make an Unreal
Engine a 12-year-old could genuinely I
mean this genuinely make this game in
the best part of maybe 2 days without
any prior Unreal Engine experience so
yeah if you want to actually know all of
the details about how the actual map and
all of the information in it is a scam
click up in the top right hand side you
can watch yesterday’s video which goes
into how this is just a few downloaded
assets imported into Unreal Engine and
how pretty much anyone can do it in fact
I’ve had people reach out to me and
they’ve created the whole AI speech
thing in a matter of a couple of hours
so yeah don’t download this game it’s
dear the very last thing that I want to
touch on in this video is I was actually
one of the first people to out Paradise
as being a scam at the time there was a
couple of rumors floating around Reddit
but it was back in October at the very
start of October that I dropped the
first video exposing Paradise as a scam
now it was around the same time that
Jetro a good friend of the channel he
received the same email from them asking
him to become part of a partner program
now over the past few months it’s been
myself and a team of other people that
have worked together to gather the
research on exposing this for what it
really is there is a playlist on my
channel called Paradise which has kind
of been the journey from start to finish
as we’ve figured stuff out so you can
see everything we’ve come across in
total there’s hundreds of pieces of
evidence about the people involved the
various companies involved or should we
say the companies that aren’t involved
and there’s so much evidence so if you
do want to dive into the interesting
stuff and actually see there’s actually
a couple of almost mini documentaries in
there of information it’s been a lot of
work butting heads with people in the
community trying to explain to them that
everything that they’re seeing about
Paradise isn’t as it seems and obviously
in the process you’ve seen that myself
and many others have been quite
literally harassed but it comes with
being on the internet it’s just a shame
that people would so aggressively defend
a company that have lied about so many
things so many different things over the
past 6 months so yeah if you really want
to get clued up and you’ve got a couple
of hours spare go through that playlist
watch everything and I promise you at
the end of it you’ll be shocked i know I
say this at the end of every video but
there actually probably won’t be an
update to this they’re now saying that
they’re going to announce the Steam and
Epic version in the future when they
that’s what they said before they’ve
said this a few times now it’s not
happening it’s not We’re not getting it
and I feel like a lot of people out
there aren’t getting it
