this is the GTA 6
map created by fellow YouTuber Dark
Space this is as close as we can get to
the sprawling open world that we can
expect to see when GTA 6 releases but
how do we have this and how do we know
how accurate it is well there’s
something called the GTA 6 mapping
project which is a project that’s been
in the works for a few years now this is
a mapping project where all the
collective efforts of a large team of
people have poured over the 2022 leaks
and the 2023 GTA 6 first trailer and
from this they’ve deduced as much
information as possible now a large part
of the northern region of the map is
purely speculation but the southeast
part of the map is pretty solid using
this information Dark Space has poured
over all of the details from the mapping
project and recreated everything we see
here into a 3D world that we can
actually go and explore but before we
get into the video you guys may know
that I’ve been working with Cinch Gaming
they make custom controllers i also work
with their sister company Alt Customs
which is for custom keyboards and stuff
like that but they also have another
company which is called Aim Assist now
this is a healthier alternative to
energy drinks personally I absolutely
love the cinch berry flavor and all you
need is one very small scoop of this in
a bottle of water or in their custom
shaker and you get yourself honestly a
lovely tasting drink so if you want to
support the channel using any of the

of the best ways to do it right now back
to the video now let’s head into Vice
City and explore this map now many of my
longtime subscribers may know that I do
all of my editing on a Mac so I couldn’t
actually get any footage of this working
however GTA Infinity a good friend of
the channel got us a load of footage to
explore and take a deeper look into Vice
City so firstly let’s head over to the
islands we saw these in the trailer and
we can tell that this is the hub of
opulence this is where the most
expensive real estate in Vice City will
be and it’s where the mansions and of
course boats are centered around now
whilst we’re looking around the islands
it’s worth mentioning that the scale of
this is pretty much one:one in the
mapping project there’s something called
rage units now in the GTA 6 leaks there
was a debug menu at the bottom of the
screen which basically showed us
locations within the map now using this
information they’ve managed to create a
grid system in the mapping project so we
know that we’ve roughly got a 1:1 scale
it should be 100% accurate but anything
can change between that development
footage and of course now and whilst we
were talking about boating before this
will be a big theme in GTA 6 a large
portion of the GTA trailer featured
boats and of course I’m obsessed so make
sure you subscribe so I can one day get
one the form factor and layout of the
map is clearly geared around a focus on
marine life and water activities and
that’s intentional as Florida where
Leonardo is based in the US is the
capital of boating next we’re going to
go and take a look at Vice Beach now if
you’ve ever played Vice City you’ll be
very familiar with this location this is
the main strip and central hub of
activities in GTA 6 and based on what we
saw in the trailer this is the nightlife
hub of Vice City where most of the
leisure and evening activities take
place now in this recreated map by Dark
Space there isn’t actually any nighttime
lighting for buildings so when it
actually comes to GTA 6 releasing as we
saw from the trailer the lighting and
the feel and vibe of the game will
genuinely be spectacular now let’s head
over to the downtown region of the map
we can of course see some very familiar
buildings but it’s worth remembering all
of the assets we can see are from GTA V
apart from a few little tweaks and
exceptions the main reason for this is
if you start adding in assets or copying
assets from GTA 6 maybe Take 2 might try
and take this down where at the moment
it appears like this project’s okay now
of course we’ve covered the main strip
just behind Vice Beach but let’s
actually take a look at the beach itself
vice Beach is one of the longest beaches
we’ve ever seen in a Grand Theft Auto
game and we’ll be sprawling with NPCs
during the day and if it looks good here
wait until we see it in GTA 6 the
population density we saw in the trailer
was absolutely insane and not like
anything we’ve ever seen before from a
Grand Theft Auto game and this is
something else we need to talk about
with this map there’s no other NPCs and
vehicles because to do so you need to
create nodes for mapping vehicles and
NPC travel and so far that hasn’t been
done and to be honest I don’t feel like
this map needs it we’re not trying to
make GTA 6 we’re trying to showcase what
GTA 6 could look like and I think Dark
Space has done an excellent job at
showing us what the actual feel and
layout of the map can be in a recent
video that Dark Space did he actually
traveled from one side of the map to the
other and as you can see from the time
difference from one location to another
the map is a lot bigger than the GTA 5
map and the GTA 5 map never really
struggled with ever really being small
it was just not designed for online now
there’s loads more footage of GTA 6’s
Vice City recreation so what I’m going
to do is turn on Flash FM and let you
