we’ve got a lot to talk about in today’s
video including the Grand Theft Auto 6
sweatshirt that Rockstar gave out to
their employees and developers over the
holiday season and Christmas time as you
guys might remember one of them was
actually put up on eBay and this was
shocking because we thought these were
pretty rare pretty exclusive we wouldn’t
see them being sold off well it turns
out this individual tiers in the rain
ended up having a second one so they had
one of them to give away and it sold on
eBay for €
1,750 just under
$2,000 for a sweatshirt now this might
be the first one out in the wild and
Rockstar Games fans are certainly very
rapid so it isn’t surprising that it got
this high in terms of price but still
that’s crazy for a sweatshirt and one
that’ll probably become available
whenever Rockstar decides to give us
more info on GTA 6 and is the marketing
period gets ramped up uh there’s a good
chance that that’ll be come available on
the Rockstar Games warehouse and that
they just gave it to their employees
first so congratulations whoever won and
wherever you might be you ended up
getting it first but it cost you nearly
$2,000 again hope it was worth it but
anyways let’s move on we’ve gotten some
more good news for 2025 still being the
release date for grand theft AO 6 and
some interesting sources in particular
this one which is actually a newspaper
in Scotland this is an article that was
edited by Derek Brown he went on to say
in the games category this will be a big
year for games here are my fab five to
look out for Grand Theft Auto 6 back in
Vice City this Bonnie and Clyde
Adventure promises improved AI better
Vehicles a huge map and script and story
that will leave many Cinema movie
releases in its wake out in September
and when I saw that I was like whoa whoa
whoa does d Brown of Scotland knows
something that we don’t I mean September
is a good guess that’s the month that
GTA 5 released in uh part of that month
is technically in fall but honestly even
though his article talks about AI it
looks like it was written by AI uh
obviously we can expect there to be a
huge map better Vehicles script and
story that will leave many movies in its
wake but has any of that actually been
confirmed I just found that to be a
little bit strange but maybe some of you
guys saw this and started talking about
it so I wanted to address it in my video
today we also heard from more Talent
acquisition specialist at Rockstar Games
being very confident in 2025 this one
coming from elith McInnis hopefully I’m
pronouncing her name correctly saying
Happy New Year everyone kicking off the
year with some exciting opportunities in
our technical art team at Rockstar
across our UK Studios and you can see
some of the positions they’re hiring for
like a senior and principal technical
artist or animation in London leads in
dundy a technical artist that
specializes in interior environments in
Edinburgh and a senior and principal
technical artist of performance capture
in Edinburgh all these positions are
full-time on site with local relocation
support provided if required apply above
or feel free to reach out to me for more
information and the image they keep
posting is of Grand Theft 6 again coming
2025 and so a lot of people are saying
okay if Rockstar and their staff and
people that are looking to hire are
still posting that image and associating
it with 2025 they’re essentially saying
okay this is good news and that they’re
confident internally that 2025 is still
going to be the year of GTA 6 now again
we’ve made this argument that Talent
acquisition specialists at Rockstar
might not have any idea of what’s going
on other than what’s been publicly
announced that the game is still coming
out in 2025 fall 2025 to be specific but
still I think that if internally The
Vibes are good and The Vibes are
pointing towards One Direction that’s
usually a good sign and that seems like
that’s what we’re getting right here as
multiple have now posted this on
LinkedIn again this is where it’s coming
from sort of that businesses social
media site where stuff like this is
typically posted and last but not least
where I want to end things off some
video game analysts have given their
predictions for 2025 and a lot of it is
positive but there’s also a pretty big
warning for Rockstar and I want to read
them off to you guys right now this is
coming on the website gamesindustry.biz
typically Rockstar and their parent
company take to interactive utilize this
website for sort of exclusive interviews
so it is a very credible one and we
first heard from Emmanuel Rosier of NEW
Zoo who made his 2025 prediction saying
this GTA 6 one game to rule them all
Grand Theft Auto 6 scheduled for a fall
2025 release is poised to reshape the
gaming industry much like its
predecessor GTA 5 which shattered
records with 32.5 million units sold in
its first year while the market
landscape has evolved Rockstar’s Legacy
of delivering groundbreaking experiences
ensures that GTA 6 will leave a lasting
Mark when GTA 5 launched in 2013 it
capitalized on The Late life cycle of
the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360
leveraging a vast and mature audience
GTA 6 by contrast will arrive earlier in
the PS5 and Xbox series X and S life
cycle facing a smaller but rapidly
growing install base however the
enduring success of GTA online with
millions of active players has kept the
franchise at the Forefront of gaming
driving extraordinary expectation and
anticipation for GTA 6 Rockstar’s
history of crafting genre defining title
positions GTA 6 to set new industry
standards yet its challenge lies in
navigating a gaming World increasingly
dominated by live service titles how
Rockstar adapts the Grand Theft Auto
formula to this evolving landscape will
not only determine GTA 6’s success but
also May redefine the future of open
world gaming so again that was one
prediction right there from Emanuel
Rosier from newo and then from another
analyst Piers Harding rolls of ampair
analysis he made more predictions about
Grand Theft Auto 6 going on to say this
GTA 6 will be the largest entertainment
release of all time in terms of revenue
generated in its launch months such is
the size of a new GTA if it is delayed
into 2026 the console market performance
will probably be down even without the
potential impact of tariffs GTA online
will continue for gamers to play on PS4
Xbox One and PC meaning a fractured GTA
user base for Rockstar to deal with and
I think that last point is interesting
it kind of does make you wonder if
Rockstar this year will pull the plug on
its support for PlayStation 4 and Xbox
One as entally just to get people pushed
over to PlayStation 5 and Xbox series X
and S the only two consoles that are
going to support Grand Theft a 6 because
Rockstar truly does not want a fractured
audience when Grand Theft a 6 launches
so possibly will this be the year that
not only Grand Theft Auto 6 releases but
Rockstar pulls the plug on PlayStation 4
and Xbox One which probably at this
point in time might be their largest
console bases so that’s where I’m going
to end things in this video today let me
